Everyday begins with us looking at our reflection. We inevitably find ourselves critiquing and measuring where improvements can be made. I will help you achieve your goals by motivating, teaching and guiding you through your individualized workout program safely and efficiently. My clients saw improvements from the moment we started their program. I saw confidence grow and more smiles at each appointment. I learned to swim before I could walk. I have also struggled with weight loss as a child. I have participated in athletics my entire life ranging from soccer, basketball, football, track and field, wrestling, diving, swimming, water and snow skiing, golf, tennis, ice skating, and I was a competitive equestrian.

Nesta Certified, I focus my efforts toward practicing and growing my knowledge in all areas of muscular therapy. I currently train many clients who are concerned with weight loss, strength and conditioning just to name a few. I create individual programs based on each client’s goals and current fitness level. Clients learn proper technique, human anatomy, and more which expedites the results. Strength and muscular endurance as well as core training are the foundation we build on.

By increasing the structural integrity of the body’s joints and connective tissues clients can feel confident that they are prepared to workout on their own without my supervision. I will show you that your body is capable of being pushed to the edge while remaining safe and healthy. Proper technique became the cornerstone and allowed me to become much more in tune with my body.
